As a National Association of Realtors® e-PRO® graduate, I am familiar with all the latest technology, so I can offer my clients the best service possible.  In addition to free e-mail notification, I also schedule showings and respond to requests in the most efficient manner according to my customer’s needs.

According to the Minnesota Association of Realtors®, the average Minnesota agent has about 6-7 closings per year.  I am proud to say that in my first full year (2005) as a real estate agent, I had 30 closings with a total production of over $8M.  2006 was an even better year with 44 closings and almost $12M in production!  2007 was indicative of the slow down in the market - but I still managed to close 36 transactions with $10.5M in production.  And, this past year (2008), what some have called the worst year in real estate, was still better than most - I had 19 closings and $4.7M in production!  What matters most though - is that I am still able to help my clients buy and sell homes - regardless of the market!
